DYAN Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC)

Polyaluminium chloride is a kind of inorganic polymer coagulant, due to the effect of bridge of the hydroxyl ions and polyvalent anions polymerization production, charge higher molecular weight of inorganic polymer water treatment agent.

Performance Feature: 

1, the use of polyaluminium chloride after purification of water quality is better than that of aluminum sulfate coagulant, water purification low cost compared with 15-30%.
2, fast flocculation body formation, sedimentation speed, bigger than aluminum sulfate and other traditional products processing capacity.
3, consumption of the water alkalinity below all kinds of inorganic coagulant, so don't throw or less

alkali agent.

Mainly  application:

The product can remove fluorine, in addition to bacteria, deodorization, aluminum, chromium, oil, turbidity removal, heavy metal salts and radioactive pollutants removal, has wide use in the process of purifying all kinds of water.

Production process:

25/50 kg plastic woven bags or paper bags.

One ton bag with one pallets, Can also according to customer requirements.

Matters  Need  attention:

1. The solid products by 1:3 after adding water dissolved into liquid, add 10 to 30 times more water after using dilute into the required concentration.
2. Dosage according to the different filtration turbidity of raw water, determination of optimum dosage, general raw water turbidity in 100-500 mg/L, dosing quantity per one thousand ton for 10 to 20 kg.
3. Polyaluminium chloride method of storage: this product should be stored in the heat, moisture, dry place, when stored to prevent toxic pollution and heat be affected with damp be affected with damp, do not damage the packaging.

4. To handle with care when loading and unloading, prevent damaged packaging. Liquid product storage period for half a year, solid product storage period for one year.

5. Polyaluminium chloride packaging specifications: this product USES the non-toxic polyethylene plastic bags, plus a woven bag, each bag net weight: 25 kg.

3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
